With these even stripes of equality, we’re saying: Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

When she was a child, our founder Armi Ratia wrote in her diary: “There is only one strength—love.” We’ve taken this quote and asked artists from the LGBTQIA+ community to turn it into bold window installations in New York City, Paris and Helsinki. Stay tuned for the result 🫶

Tasaraita was created by designer Annika Rimala in 1968. Still today, this stripy classic is an expression of equality for us at Marimekko.
