In this renovation with .fant , we relocated the dining room to the front of the home and moved the kitchen into the centre of the floor plan.

By placing the kitchen at the heart of the home, we created a space that better supports how this family lives, gathers, entertains and connects everyday.

The “after” is still a concept rendering… for now. ✨ Behind every seamless renovation are months of design development, material selections, and coordination before the first wall even comes down. Demolition begins soon, and we’re excited to watch this vision come to life over the summer.

Behind every finished space is a clear concept.

This room came with its challenges, limited square footage, several key furniture pieces to accommodate, and an existing desk that needed to stay.

Working through furniture plans, true-to-scale dimensions, and material selections ahead of time gave us the clarity to explore all layout options before committing to a final direction.
