Veranda is a home decor and furniture store in the beautiful Muskoka town of Bracebridge. I look forward to seeing you at the new store!

More than a decade ago, in the Muskoka town of Huntsville, I began a small store called Veranda to offer a variety of items I’d selected to enhance the appearance of peoples’ homes, indoors and out. Customers told me they liked my Collection because it was not what they could find anywhere else, so I opened up again in Bracebridge in 2014 in the former Odd Fellow's Hall. I have been preserving the

space and heritage of the 1904 building, and you have to come see the upstairs, beautifully restored and now called "The Lodge". You can also book an appointment with us for fabric selection for custom window treatments or cushions, interior design work and consultation, and much more.

The outdoor landscape is incredibly lush now. I am admiring the great vase of fresh peonies, cut from the garden, sitting proudly on my desk, freshly picked this morning. Indoors or outdoors, this time of year, the lines are blurred.

Relaxing on some comfortable luxury outdoor furniture provides some great pleasure, morning, afternoon or evening.

A gorgeous week of sunshine, the sweet aroma of lilacs in my garden tickling my nose; early evenings spent relaxing on my stylish, durable and comfortable outdoor club chairs from Veranda Interiors.

On the deck, up high in the forest, peering down at the reflective still water of the south branch of our beautiful Muskoka River, with occasional sightings of rowers and flocks of geese.

Life is good in Muskoka, natural beauty surrounds us in all senses. Eating out of doors is also a pleasure, the daylight extends to accommodate this.

It is not an indulgence to own luxury outdoor furniture. It is a wise investment as it will last for decades without little maintenance.

Many thanks to all of you who were able to attend the Big Beautiful Sidewalk Sale last weekend. It was a great success due to a tremendous turnout.
