Found this on the 10th floor of a high rise building in Metrotown Burnaby, probably the scariest thing I’ve ever seen! Only other one that comes close was working with my dad on school holidays we got called to a smell of gas only to find copper pipe duct taped together and the tape dried out leaving a major leak under the floor, but at least that one was a four plex council house, this one here has over 100 units in the building making it the worst I’ve came across. When you think you’ve seen it all!!

Another classic botch job. The customer says to me ‘no other service tech in the past said there was anything wrong’ Sounds about right for the shoddy workmanship I see on a daily basis in this city!
