Happy Friday! It was so lovely to meet some new sourdough lovers today!
I had the sweetest 80 year old woman from across the street request bagels for next Tuesday. So it's a great day to add bagels to your order if you've been wanting to try some!

For those of you that are new to how my baking days are currently scheduled (subject to change in the future), pick up days are Tuesday and Friday afternoons/evenings. Orders have to be placed by 6 on Sunday and Wednesday since true sourdough is a minimum two day process.
For this Friday, the 12th, I have availability for more white and whole wheat loaves and/or buns, and a few more round boules. Hope you're all having a great week so far!
