A photo can say everything. May 24-August 5 brought massive changes that are still ongoing. I am in awe at how my body is healing and showing the way forward.

Good morning sunshines ☀️
As I work towards better health for myself, I lean into my Wellness Shop for wholesome healthy additions. Hair loss

Let’s talk about the forbidden (or one of them) side effects of thyroid troubles and menapause.

😱 hair loss

I have always been blessed with an extreme thick hair. Until a year ago. My hair loss was getting really bad. Run fingers through hair and fingers were covered. Brush it? Supreme ouch. Handfuls came out. Shower? Wads of it.

I was heartbroken to be honest and I’m still in testing to deal with the thyroid and hormone issues, well no hrt for me. I was very sad.

Unknown side effect to the R3 metabolic nutritional reset I’m on…..

The last few weeks I have lost minimal hair. What is lost is normal which is 1/4 of what I was losing this past year.

Can you say I’m excited???

Totally and what can I say. We are what we eat.
