Abide Pottery Studio

Abide Pottery Studio This page is about Sarah Wenger's Pottery Business. Sarah is a potter who lives in Winnipeg and sells her pottery at craft markets in Winnipeg.

It will include photo's of Sarah's work and information on where to find her. My name is Sarah Wenger. My interest in pottery started because a pastor came to my church when I was a child and did a demonstration of pottery while preaching a sermon. Years later, I took some classes and became a member of Waterloo Potters' Guild. I took some time off so I could complete my university studies. After

graduating and moving to Winnipeg I decided to open a small business to sell my creations. One of the things I love about pottery is the beautiful allegory it provides about life. In the Bible, God is seen as a master pottery, and we are the clay. He takes all the pains and joys of life and begins to form us into a beautiful piece of art, that you don't fully see until the end. I've been through many challenges in life but I want to choose to trust that he has the whole picture in mind. However I'm not always successful at remembering it.
