Had a marvellous day at work today. Cutting cucumbers 🥒 for Lady Ashburnham Pickles. This afternoon my colleague Pat and I led a candle making workshop. Such fun to share the history of candle making and have participants do things that early New Brunswicker's would have done to have candles for their homes. They braided their wicks to create a tallow dipped candle, they poured beeswax taper candles, made some beeswax tea lights and as a treat made a rolled honeycomb candle to take home. Working with beeswax is delightful. The scent of the wax and honey is the best.

Suggest other colour combinations for me. I was thinking maybe aqua or teal and grey, orange fall themed maybe. I want to have a few for the Writers of the Realm Literary Festival & Fantasy Ball market in September.
