The structural envelope rejects superficial decoration, utilizing a series of grand, recurring archways that invite natural illumination deep into the descending transition zones. By contrasting these brutalist-inspired geometric masses with the precise detailing of metal-framed custom lattice glass, the entrance sequence establishes an immediate sense of permanence and architectural scale.

The spatial layout leverages a deep, linear site constraint to create a multi-level compression and release experience. Water features at the drop-off zone mirror the structured grids of the coffered canopy above, while the FF&E curation introduces a curated layer of hospitality-level refinement. This strategic alignment of structural mass and micro-light calibration ensures that the property commands a premium presence, functioning as an elite sanctuary within a dense urban market.

From the cream arches and geometric art glass filtering the afternoon glare, to the kinetic bar anchored by dark timber louvers, every layer within The Palace orchestrates a transition from public rhythm to private stillness. In the conservatory, living botanical forms meet a 1950s Hans Wegner rocking chair, while the linear wooden screen and twin wall lamps at the reception threshold act as a calming envelope designed to slow down the visitor's pace.

A physical dialogue between poetic detachment and material permanence.

For this project, our spatial strategy functions as a narrative vessel for HEEDMIND, our self-developed lifestyle and furniture brand. Every object is curated to trigger intellectual curiosity regarding the convergence of nature and contemporary human scale.

The Oasis Sofa balances the spatial volume like an island emerging from the mist—its structural framework of solid wood finished in traditional Chinese lacquer (大漆) meets the tactile softness of premium cotton-linen upholstery.

Complementing this stillness, the Orden Floor Lamp stands with a monumental upward posture; its engineered aluminum spine and texturized parchment (羊皮紙) shade diffuse a candlelight-caliber warmth that redefines domestic behavior after dusk.

Can matured product design successfully bridge classical landscape memory with modern spatial global infrastructure?
