At Taikang Dian Garden, design is a commitment to dignity and care. We integrate Yunnan’s architectural motifs and ethnic textures, allowing culture to guide the soul. From the raw strength of rammed earth pillars to the lightness of rattan ceilings, every detail is a tactile poem.

In the library and calligraphy rooms, diamond-shaped hollow wood strips create a "breathing" tranquility. The banquet hall, adorned in bold olive green, features peacock-inspired carvings that resonate with regional aesthetics. Our goal is to create "Good Spaces" for a new era, fostering a longing for beautiful senior living and granting the confidence to embrace aging with grace. This is more than a fusion of medical care and sojourn; it is a celebration of life’s abundance.

At Taikang Dian Garden, the dream of "cool breezes in summer, warm sun in winter" becomes reality. This is more than a 1-billion-RMB wellness infrastructure; it is a "strollable Yunnan" curated for the soul.

Our design team focuses on the spiritual home of the elderly, dissolving boundaries through "lightweight and universal" design. From the hues of red earth to the warmth of traditional crafts, we reconstruct the dialogue between life, society, and space. In the Four Seasons Hall, healing meets art, with vibrant colors capturing the essence of the "Spring City." This is a spatial rehearsal for the future of society: allowing every senior to live an abundant, dignified life free from labels.

It is a profound honor to be recognized on the global stage as a finalist for the Architizer A+Awards, standing as one of only five projects worldwide in the Sustainable Interior Project category.

At the heart of this achievement is Matrix's Headquarters, a space conceived as a "headquarters immersed in a park" that harmonizes professional rigor with environmental stewardship.

Having earned both WELL Platinum and LEED Gold certifications, the design prioritizes human wellbeing and circularity—from 75% window-side workstations to the use of reclaimed stone and shell-based materials. This nomination is a powerful validation of our commitment to creating sustainable, high-end spatial assets that resonate internationally.

At Fuyuan, architecture is more than space; it is a measure of time. Morning light on red walls marks the hours, while the aroma of coffee warms the spirit. Twelve-meter-high lattice windows transform Fuzhou’s familiar bustle into dancing spots of light, gracing the gentle curves of every arch.

Here, life slows enough to hear the whisper of time. As dawn sweeps across the long table of the calligraphy studio, a drop of wet ink quietly unfurls, transforming into the inky silhouette of moss within the brick crevices. Between the lanes, memory settles into the warmth of daily life.

Where will you be in 50 years? Walking your dog under the moonlight of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys, or writing an unfinished love letter amidst the scent of ink? Matrix Design’s Senior Living Dept. joins hands with Taikang Home to create a warm sanctuary rooted in Fuzhou’s cultural fabric for the new "silver-haired" generation.

The traditional order of "lanes, courtyards, halls, and wells" is reorganized into a flowing, boundless space. Light pours from a glass dome, while panoramic windows bring in the scent of blossoms. Fuyuan is more than a care facility; it’s a paradise for memories and dreams. As silver hair glows with wisdom, let us accompany you in aging gracefully within the millennial pulse of the Banyan City.

Within this "de-labeled" fourth space, gentle boundaries filter out the city's excess noise. Panoramic windows embrace the unreserved scenery, allowing the burst of a punch and the stillness of yoga to resonate with the natural tides.

Bathed in a warm jade glow, the space breathes in sync with your inner peace. Stripped of redundant narratives, we find ourselves in deep dialogue at the intersection of light and shadow. Through upward-reaching beams of light, the design lifts the weight of gravity. Here, the freedom of the sea meets the order of space, returning life to the person and the soul to settlement.

Facing the front-line ocean view of Shenzhen Bay, neighboring the K11 art landmark, world-class cultural centers, and yacht marina. On this premium coastline of Shenzhen Bay, what is the core value of top-tier living?

We believe that real luxury is not the mere stacking of complex materials, but the resettlement of emotions. Defining this space as "the fourth space re-settled beyond the home," our anti-exquisite, no-LOGO aesthetic creates a human-centric space for those at the forefront of the era. Inner Calm, Outer Clarity—find the power of composure right at the center of the world.

True luxury lies in the balance of simplicity and substance. 🏛️

In this expansive space, every piece—from the low-profile seating to the "Water Bar"—is curated for the ultimate living experience. The highlight? The original sculpture 《i am you》. Inspired by the Mono-ha art movement, it captures a frozen moment in time, reminding us of our deep connection with one another.

Don't miss the spiral staircase: an inverted structure that defies logic to embrace the natural grace of surface tension.

Some spaces don't just host conversations; they inspire them.

Our negotiation area features soaring slatted doors that create a rhythmic flow between design and imagination. From the ergonomic seating to the quiet presence of bamboo art, every detail reflects the "Junzi" (gentleman) philosophy—humility, resilience, and inner peace.

A sanctuary where the river meets the forest.

What does it feel like to live in harmony with nature? At Lakeside Cottage, the answer unfolds through layers.

From the ceremonial entrance to the intimate negotiation areas, the transition of colors and textures—beige stone intertwined with metallic accents—creates a lifestyle gallery that balances Eastern Zen with Western modernism. It’s a space designed for the "Gentleman" of today: elegant, composed, and deeply connected to the natural world.

Raw stone holds the philosophy of uncarved authenticity, while black peach wood’s growth rings and hand-thrown pottery freeze time in their gentle, irregular curves. We all carry the memory of the tree that grew alongside us at our childhood doorstep — a seed planted by time, quietly documenting our growth, our joys, and life’s quiet moments.

The story of this lakeside courtyard unfolds around a shared "Tree of Life", bearing family memories and the passage of years, its branches stretching to reach the sky. Arrayed hollow windows, like soft, steady breaths, weave a sense of calm and relaxation into the very texture of the architecture.

This is more than a home — it’s a living space where nature, craft, and family legacy converge, rooted in the timeless beauty of Taihu Lake.
