Here in Costa Rica, Jules continues that same dedication through The Conscious Concierge, her boutique concierge and consulting business serving Uvita, Ojochal, and the surrounding areas. She provides property management and lifestyle services including staging and furnishing homes, bill payments, shopping coordination, tenant management, and project oversight. Known for her hands-on approach, Jules blends design sense with organizational expertise to help homeowners and expats live more easily and beautifully. With Esencia Living, Jules brings her vision full circle: curating thoughtful home, wellness, and lifestyle essentials that are hard to find locally.
