One of the walls in the CEO lounge was custom-designed around the owner’s lifestyle and personal preferences.

The kitchen and bar area is designed for preparing coffee and cocktails for guests. Natural wood finishes, a full stone-lined niche and warm integrated lighting give this zone a refined and elegant character.

The left section features an illuminated display created specifically for the owner’s exclusive model car collection, bringing a personal element into the interior.

The far-right section is a built-in wardrobe, discreetly integrated into the wall to keep the overall composition clean and seamless.

Each section has its own clear function, while the entire wall is designed as one balanced and harmonious composition.

The lounge area continues the visual language of the CEO office, with a softer and more informal character.

Soft upholstered seating, warm neutral tones and layered textiles create a comfortable and inviting feel. The illuminated world map, crafted from natural veneer, becomes a distinctive decorative feature, adding warmth, depth and identity to the space.

Natural greenery and soft ambient lighting bring balance, while sheer curtains, structured drapery and filtered daylight add softness and visual depth.

Designed as a natural continuation of the executive office, the lounge provides a refined and private setting for client meetings and informal conversations.

The CEO office is designed as a balanced composition of warm natural materials, dark architectural elements and clean contemporary lines.

Rich wood finishes bring warmth to the space, while black-framed glass partitions create a strong graphic contrast and add visual depth through subtle reflections. Light moving across the glass brings an additional layer to the interior, making the space feel more dynamic while preserving its clean and refined character.
