Hello instagram!
It has been a while since my last post… I have been on a personal journey of rediscovery of my diet and foods…
I have been learning so much information the past 2 months since my last post which has made me hesitant to continue posting the meals that I well and truly loved and believed to be ‘healthy’…
Now I wouldn’t say the meals I have been sharing are overall unhealthy but they are definitely a step in the right direction of eating healthier without a doubt.
I have been learning a lot about cooked foods and raw foods and fruits that I just had to embark on a journey myself to find out what certain specific diets are really about…
The diet of my choice was the alkaline fruitarian diet which is quite obvious to be completely raw with not a single cooked meal or beverage besides water. This was recommended to me by my best friend whom also embarked on the journey himself to tell me only good things he had discovered from doing this diet.
This diet has made me question everything about modern foods and ‘normal’ ways of eating…
It did indeed only give me consistent positive feelings on the whole with some minor discrepancies due to external factors.
