To feel or not to feel? 🌸
That was the question I asked myself in Day 4 of my 100 Days of Letting Go project.
For years, I treated my high sensitivity as a weakness. I tried to suppress it, to wear a mask, to become cynical. But when you close yourself to painful feelings, you also close the door to joy, aliveness, and fulfillment.
In today’s watercolor session, I painted what I was afraid to feel. A flower appeared. Each petal is a part of me. The petal I rejected? My sensitivity.
But a flower missing a petal looks poor. True wholeness comes from accepting every part of ourselves—even the ones that make us vulnerable.
