Straight out of a barbarian fantasy! ⚔️🔥 Seriously, doesn't John Liess look like he's just stepped out of an epic fantasy illustration? Or perhaps a collectible barbarian figurine come to life! 😍

And the best part? His incredible outfit is made by combining several pieces from our collection, showing exactly what we love most about designing leather gear: versatility! Our pieces are created to be mixed, matched and adapted, not just with each other, but to bring completely different characters to life.

John is wearing our Tusk Necklace, Barbarian Shoulder Armor, customizable Viking Broad Belt, Yggdrasil Viking Bracers, Veteran Belt (cleverly worn backwards with the buckle at the back!) and a tasset from our Earth Ranger Set.

All these pieces are available in our online shops, ready for you to create your own combinations!

And now, a little love for John Liess ❤️ Not only does he look absolutely spectacular, but he's also one of those genuinely lovely people we're incredibly fond of here at the workshop. Always kind, always wonderful to work with, and an absolute joy to see bringing our creations to life. Please go give his account some love, because he deserves every bit of it! 🖤

Two swords. One baldric. ⚔️ A new custom version of our Witcher-inspired baldric, this time modified to carry two sword scabbards, because sometimes one simply isn’t enough when you need steel for humans and silver for monsters.

As with most of our designs, the original piece can be customized to suit your character, your equipment and the way you want to wear it. This one was specially adapted for a customer to carry both swords together across the back, while keeping the look and structure of our original design.

Made by hand in our workshop, one piece at a time.

PROJECTS FROM THE DRAWER 👀 — The Tribal Skirt. We show you plenty of things we make… but not everything we design actually makes it to the shop.

This Tribal Skirt is one of those projects currently on hold.

We loved the idea and made a few prototypes. One became a gift for a friend and saw some real LARP action at Septimus LARP, while another travelled with us to ConQuest… where it sold surprisingly fast and got quite a bit of attention.

And yet, we never officially released it.

It’s a complex piece: leather, suede, fur, resin bone details, beads and lots of small handmade elements. Beautiful to make, but also time-consuming — and therefore not a cheap piece.

So before we decide whether to bring it back to the workbench, we thought we'd ask you:

Would you like to see the Tribal Skirt become an actual Outcast Props product? 👀

Sometimes our workshop is full of ideas. The difficult part is deciding which ones deserve to leave the drawer.

🏴‍☠️ Our Adventurer Belt + Pirate Baldric is one of those combinations you keep coming back for, and this custom set is a great example of how much the finish can change a piece.

The customer wanted both pieces in black, but with a heavily worn, textured finish so they would feel like part of the same well-travelled kit. The hardware was customized too: brass throughout, with contrasting silver details on the baldric.

And this is the result. 🖤

We always send final photos of our custom work before shipping, and this one was too good not to share.

Want something similar? Get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.

One of our most requested belts — and definitely one of the most customized. ⚔️

The central piece can be made in embossed leather or engraved metal, with several designs already available on our website at a lower customization price.

And if you want something truly yours, we can also create the central piece with your own custom design.

Same belt. Your symbol. Your story.

One scabbard system. A ridiculous number of options. ⚔️ Our new Modular Double Belt Scabbard was designed to solve one very simple problem: your gear should adapt to you, not the other way around.

It is ambidextrous, so you can switch from right-hand to left-hand draw by simply swapping the top straps and repositioning the lower sheath.

It is also fully modular:
• Carry both swords together
• Carry only the short sword
• Carry only the long sword
• Adjust the hanging height and blade angle
• Attach or remove it from the belt without taking the belt off
• Adjust each sheath to different sword widths

So one piece can work for different weapons, different characters and different setups without forcing you to buy a completely different system every time.

Available in Battle Damage Brown and Black. This model is the Barbarian one.

And if you want the full look, matching belts, pouches, armor pieces and other accessories will also be available on the website.

One system. Many characters. Much less gear drama.

Muchos personajes. Bastante menos drama con el equipo.

Limited launch stock. One gambeson, many different silhouettes. ⚔️ Our new gambeson is now available in a limited number of units, currently in S, M, L and XL using European sizing.

The whole design was built around versatility. The sleeves are removable, the collar can be worn open or closed, and the shoulder flaps can stay down for a cleaner silhouette or open out to create a broader, more imposing shape.

Same gambeson. Different character depending on how you wear it.

The cut is designed to flatter both men and women. Add a wide belt and the silhouette becomes even stronger.

Made from cotton, with a contrasting light interior, genuine leather edging and leather buckle closures, all finished and aged by us.

Available in Black, Blue and Green. If a lot of you want it in other colors, we will consider it.

For now, this launch is limited to our current European S–XL range. If we see enough real demand for smaller or larger sizes, we’ll seriously consider adding them — so if that’s you, let us know in the comments.

We gave these their first proper test at ConQuest, and judging by how many people stopped to ask about them… they did rather well. 😏

Stock limitado de lanzamiento. Un solo gambesón, muchas siluetas diferentes. ⚔️

A lot of you have been asking about this belt... and we've realized it's not just bushcraft enthusiasts who are interested. 👀

We're getting more and more messages from people who want to wear it for military-inspired cosplays, tactical characters, post-apocalyptic outfits, steampunk... and even as part of their everyday wardrobe. Honestly? We can see why.

Its wide design gives a strong silhouette without being over the top, while the side rings make it an excellent base for pouches, axe holders, gloves, tools, or any modular accessories you want to carry.

It's one of those pieces that can completely transform an outfit without needing a full suit of armor. It looks just as good over a shirt, a gambeson, a jacket... or even with everyday alternative clothing.

Available in Aged Brown with antique brass hardware and Black with nickel hardware.

So... what would you wear it for? Bushcraft? Cosplay? Ren Faire? Or just because it looks awesome? 😏

One product. Countless setups. ⚔️
Why choose between a long sword and a short sword when you can carry both?

Our Double Leather Sword Scabbard Hanger is designed to adapt to the way you play.

Carry both scabbards together, just the long one, or just the short one—switching between configurations takes only a few seconds thanks to its clever ring-and-strap system. (The only combination it doesn't support is the long scabbard above the short one... everyone has to draw the line somewhere. 😉)

Even better? You don't need to remove your belt to install it. The buckle attachment system fits belts up to 10 cm (4") wide, so you can clip it on exactly where you want and head straight into battle.

And if you're left-handed? No problem. Simply swap the longer and shorter belt straps and you've converted it into a left-handed setup.

One accessory.
Multiple carrying options.
Right or left-handed.
Elegant enough for knights, practical enough for mercenaries, perfect for rangers, adventurers, guards or anyone who likes their gear to work as hard as they do.

Available in Aged Brown with antique brass hardware and Black with nickel hardware.

Because versatility is one less thing to worry about when the dragon shows up. 🐉

Un solo producto. Un montón de posibilidades. ⚔️

¿Eres zurdo? También está pensado para ti :)
