Kokobe is a first name there. There are lots of "Kokobe" in Ethiopia, like "Lola" in Spain, or "Stephanie" in France.

Kokobe is a very popular name in Ethiopia because it means "my star" and all the symbols associated with it.

My children spent their 1st years of life far from over-consumption, far from amusement parks, far from screens, far from fast-fashion, far from industrial food, far from waste, far from fast-paced life, but close to nature, to human beings, to diversity, to slow life, to poverty too 😔, but to tolerance and difference.

Who am I?
I'm a girl my friends call hyperactive. I'm intuitive and emotional.
I love to travel.
I have a husband whom I adore, he's super calm, rational, logical and my complete opposite.🤷‍♀️
I have 2 children (whom I adore as well), a girl and a boy, a replica of my husband and myself, both in personality and looks.
I love the color pink.
I'd like to be a vegetarian, but I love deli meat too much.
Art attracts me and makes me dream.
Yoga soothes me and its spirituality inspires me. I try to make it a daily practice.
I love diversity, change and the unexpected.

Ever since my husband and I met (21 years ago 😮), we promised to travel all our lives, with our children, and to raise our family in cultures different from our own (French) one.
After their birth in Zurich, Switzerland, what could be more natural for us than to set off on another adventure abroad with our 2 children, aged 2 and 4.
Ethiopia was then our 2nd step abroad as a family of 4.

That was a life-changing experience and an integral part of the current adventure in Spain.

I was a pre-K teacher at in Addis Ababa during the week, and on weekends and vacations we traveled the length and breadth of this wonderful country.
