Grateful for the opportunity to speak at Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore — sharing my journey of building WQ Print Studio, taking it international, and how moving between Lahore and Milan shaped the way I think and work as a designer.
We spoke about what each city teaches in its own way: Milan’s quiet discipline, structure and restraint — and Lahore’s energy, emotion and creative push. Most of my design work grows somewhere in the middle of these two worlds.

Back at after a year!

After a pause to focus on our Master’s and realign the studio, it feels great to be back in Paris with fresh energy.

It’s been 5 years since we first exhibited here, and one lesson stands out: consistency counts. When our designs perform well for a client’s brand, they keep coming back — but only if they know we’ll be there season after season.

Shows like Paris Prints are essential for us. Being part of this vibrant, creative environment is key to staying connected with our loyal clients who appreciate our work, while also opening doors to exciting new collaborations. These shows are no longer just about direct sales (although we’re grateful we did some). They’re about being present, nurturing relationships, and presenting collections that are broad enough to speak to many, yet sharp enough to deliver exactly what each client needs.

WQ Print Studio Presents AW 26-27 Collection at Paris Prints

14–15 September 2025, Paris

Renowned for our distinctive blend of ethnic storytelling and contemporary design, WQ Print Studio introduces a new body of work that captures the spirit of cultural depth with Milanese refinement.

The AW 26-27 collection reflects layered narratives—merging diverse artistic traditions with bold compositions, unexpected textures, and innovative print techniques.

“We see each collection as a journey—bridging histories, places, and emotions,” says Waqas Qureshi, Founder of WQ Print Studio.

“This season, our work reflects not only our roots but also our evolution in Milan, the global capital of design, and Paris, the birthplace of fashion.”

We’re inviting applications for our upcoming remote internship at WQ Print Studio.

This season, we’ll be working and traveling across the UK, Italy, and Pakistan — for design research, meeting clients, and exploring new inspirations. If you’re around, we’d love to catch up in person and have a good conversation about textiles, trends, and design.

As an intern, you will:
– Connect with our creative team
– Learn our design process and basics of Photoshop
– Gain hands-on insight into how we create original, hand-painted prints for the global fashion industry

This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever you feel most inspired.
