Refurbishment of the shop within grade listed Churchill War Rooms. The concept was developed for London and has evolved to suit the atmosphere and Provence of the famous war rooms. Since installing the shop we have developed an ongoing relationship with IVM.

Concept were commissioned to design, manufacture and install the new shop for the Roald Dahl museum. The emphasis been on Scandinavian style and materials, Taking queues from the style of books. Working in a difficult space, we were able to deliver a fit out that the client was delighted with.

When the TIC at Bowness bay flooded in 2016, Concept won the tender to re-design and supply a new shop...but with a difference. Concept have a history with this particular shop, after refitting it twice previously due to flooding. The shop fittings including the floor have now been designed to be lifted off and removed at short notice to prevent further flood damage affecting this shop again.

Concept were approached to design and build the new shop in the 15 million build at the NMA. We used natural materials to reflect the nature of the arboretum and different styles of fixtures to create defined product areas. We were able to come up with a shop, with looks that matched its performance.
