It can chop, mill, crush, grate, knead, weigh, blend, whisk, steam, caramelise, ferment and more - all in just one machine! Advisor based in South Manchester, but originally from Ireland. I was a Home Economics teacher in Ireland for 5 years, before moving to the UK 10 years ago, where I have been teaching Food and Nutrition in secondary school ever since. I have a passion for teaching and inspiring people of all ages (including my two young children!) how to cook nutritious and tasty food - and with Thermomix®, it's just so easy!
