ONE SHIRT. SO MANY MEMORIES. ❤️

Men’s shirt bears just have to be one of my favourite bears to make… they always look so smart! 🥰🐻

This beautiful shirt has been turned into a very special keepsake bear — but I didn’t stop there.

I also managed to make two little hearts for family members, giving them each something to treasure from the same shirt. ❤️❤️

And this is something I really want people to know…

✨ You don’t need bags and bags of clothing to create meaningful keepsakes.

Sometimes one much-loved shirt, jumper or piece of clothing is more than enough to create something truly special.

It’s not about how much fabric you have…
It’s about the memories stitched into it. 🧵❤️

🚨 STOP SCROLLING… CHRISTMAS IS COMING AND I’M ALREADY PANICKING! 🎄😂

I KNOW… it’s only just turned autumn! 🍂
But apparently Christmas didn’t get the memo and it’s already sneaking up on us! 🤦‍♀️🎅

I’ve already got Christmas orders coming in, and if previous years are anything to go by, my December spaces will disappear FAST! 🧸🎁

So if you’re thinking about having a memory bear or keepsake made for Christmas, NOW is the time to get your name on my list.

And here’s the best bit…

👉 You DON’T need to have all your clothing sorted yet!

Just reserve your place with a deposit and then you’ve got the next couple of months to rummage through wardrobes, find those special pieces and get them to me.

😅 December panic = AVOIDED!

Once my Christmas spaces are full, they’re FULL — there’s only one of me and I haven’t quite worked out how to clone myself yet! 😂

🍑 I’ve been asked to fix some strange things over the years… but THIS one had a very baggy bottom! 😂⛳️

Sometimes my repairs take me into places I never expected… and today’s patient was a rather special golf club head cover who was in desperate need of a little cosmetic surgery! 🤣

My lovely friend from the golf club brought him to me because the elastic in his bottom had given up the ghost. He was looking a little worse for wear and wasn’t sitting properly in the golf bag.

So… after a little bottom tightening operation 😂🪡✂️… he’s back to his old self!

But this wasn’t just any golf club cover. It had been bought on a golfing holiday a few years ago, so it had lots of special memories attached to it — and had even become a bit of a lucky addition to the golf game! 🍀

There was no way this little chap was going in the bin!

I absolutely love being able to repair things that have a story behind them. ❤️

And honestly… I never know what’s going to come through my sewing room door next! 😂

It’s Bank Holiday weekend, so I’m nosey… 👇

THE JUMPER WAS JUST CLOTHING… UNTIL IT BECAME SOMETHING HE COULD HOLD ONTO. 🤍

When a son contacted me, he had a very special request.

He wanted a memory bear made from his mum’s clothing — a fleece and a much-loved jumper that had belonged to her. ❤️

After losing someone you love, their clothes can become incredibly precious. You might not be ready to part with them… but you also don’t want them sitting forgotten in a wardrobe.

So instead, I carefully turned these two pieces of clothing into a keepsake he could actually hold, cuddle and treasure.

Every little detail was chosen with care, giving those familiar fabrics a new purpose while keeping the memories of his mum close. 🧸🤍

That’s what I love most about making memory bears.

I’m not just making a bear.

I’m making something that holds a story.
