The different stages of refurbishing the floor at the Hat & Beaver public house.

1. Uplift and dispose of existing carpet.
2. Clean and de-grease the existing quarry tiles.
3. Prime & Smooth of sub floor with moisture tolerant screed.
4. Apply a liquid resin damp proof membrane (DPM).
5. Top coat moisture tolerant screed.
6. Install Textures UK distressed oak LVT flooring.

On going project complete!
Really enjoyed working on this one, working with the customers as they renovated their new home, the customer had a vision and timescale both were met through good communication and timings, between all trades and contractor’s completing room by room over a few months.
