This isn’t an easy post to write 💔
After 2½ unforgettable years, it’s time to close the doors at Little Book Candle Company 🕯️📖
My heart is heavy, and I’m truly heartbroken and gutted to be saying goodbye to something I have poured so much love into. Times have been incredibly tough for small independent businesses, and competing with the bigger chains has sadly become impossible — despite the love, care, and passion poured into every single product I make 🤍
On top of this, I’m dealing with a shoulder injury that has made producing my products increasingly difficult and painful. Surgery is now my only option, with a 5-month wait followed by recovery time, and unfortunately this means I simply can’t keep Little Book Candle Company going.
I have reduced all products on my website today ✨ so if you’d like to stock up at a reduced price, now is your chance.
For my local customers, I will also have stock available at Jaybee’s Convenience Store 🏪 — these will be reduced later in the week.
Lastly, thank you to every single one of my customers — for your orders, your kind messages, your shares, and your wonderful reviews 💬🤍 Your support has meant more than I could ever put into words.
And of course, a special mention to Pebbles and Smudge 🐾🐾 — my little supervisors, comforters, and constant companions throughout this journey.
