It’s Monday, it’s a new week…

For the last few days I’ve been fogged under with mental fatigue 😶‍🌫️

Physically, my body has been wanting to be active and get things done. Mentally, my brain was mush. It just wanted rest but I had work every day and had to show up.

But I’ve rested and finally got a good sleep, eaten a nutritious breakfast and now I’m mentally and physically ready to go 💪🏼

It’s so important to listen to your brain and body, take the time to reset and then absolutely smash it 💜

Completely forgot to post this for Wax and Warmer Wednesday 🤦🏻‍♀️

Now the seasons are starting to change, it was time to switch out the living room warmer 💜

I’ve gone for the Golden Sunset warmer* and a warmer citrus wax 🍊

I’m getting the most out of these still warm days before it gets colder and darker!!

Do you switch out your waxes/warmers according to the seasons or weather? 💜

(*sadly discontinued but occasionally pops up in the odd flash sale)

Clearing my phone and realised I had 4.95GB in Mail - I couldn’t understand why 🤔

Discovered over 500 emails in one account, nearly 800 in the other!! 😱

And all because I just “mark them as read” instead of deleting them!

Does anyone else do this? Or is it just me 😂
