I’ve stopped reading the news every day. It used to be the first thing I did when I woke up - drink my cup of tea and read the news.

All it did was bring me down before I’d even started the day!

I swapped it out for reading a book, whether a novel, nutrition book or self-care book 📚

And I feel so much better for it 😊

Take a tour of my garden 🌼🌸

I absolutely LOVE my garden 🪴

I always wanted a garden that would support all manner of wildlife that was slightly curated but left to go a bit wild!

I always pick up bargains and plants that need “rescuing” from the garden centre - sometimes only 49p!

I’ve picked perennial flowers of various colours and different blooming times so they go through from the spring to autumn which will then return the next year 😊

Who else loves their garden and the flowers in bloom? 💚
