I had so much fun making this coffin tag ephemera holder for a recent vampire romance journal.
I’m currently sat recreating a smaller version of this for my gothic widow journal, an hope to also make a coffin notebook ⚰️🖤

Today was a day to make lots of ephemera for my enchanted forest journal. I always find making ephemera relaxing, and I certainly lost track of time in my craft room today😅

I enjoyed decorating the inside cover of my gothic widow journal today. I thrifted this gorgeous gothic choker and wanted it to be the main focal point, so kept it simple with a basic pocket. Making a large pouch to create a full page side pocket also.

Adding a detachable dangle to the fairy journal cover. Im using old thrifted costume jewellery for this. Starting off with a bracelet, then adding more beads and charms. I just love how you can take things apart and repurpose them to make something completely different🥰
For the cover I’m using artificial bark, moss and tiny leaves all bought from temu.

A new dark fairy journal has begun. When I get an idea in my head I can think of nothing else, and I finally felt inspired to use this artificial bark that I’ve been intimidated to use.
I really love how it turned out in the end. I’m undecided on the cover though🤔 I feel the greens clash too much, so maybe a trip to my favourite fabric shop is needed tomorrow🥰
