A lot of people ask me how Sparkes Wax Works got started. The honest truth is that it began as a way to find some light during a really heavy, low period of depression. I needed something tactile and calming to keep my mind and hands busy, and candle making became my therapy. Before I knew it, my shelves were overflowing! I started selling them simply because I ran out of space to store them all and wanted to keep creating. Fast forward to today, and I'm now selling my candles regularly - something I honestly never expected when I poured that very first jar. I enjoy this entire journey so much more than I ever could have anticipated. Thank you all for being part of this spark. 🕯️✨

come find us this saturday at heyford Park Heritage Centre Craft fair 10am-2:30pm some of the new candles will be out! :) not alot made yet but will have a few with me atleast 1 of each new glass, like 1 of the other smells but in the glass jar then just let me know and will get it made up ready for you :)
