It's my day off today, and I have spent the afternoon by my PC queuing for a ticket for the Bayeux Tapestry exhibition. It's been productive though, I've completed the Inktober tangle challenge. Not the way I intended to do it and I may still go back to my original plan, but it's kept me sane! Apparently I've got 30 minutes left in the queue!

Just a quick one today to show off the work done at our Needlefelting Class with Karen yesterday. Eight robins, seven Christmas puds and an eyeball (possibly for Halloween?) We had some returners and a few who had never needlefelted before or only attempted a little. Well done everyone! Playing with my pens today, finishing off some Zentangle tiles I started ages ago! Need to get even more work done for the Craft Arena Tanglers exhibition at in November.

At our Craft Arena Tanglers session this month, we played with borders, creating them with fragments, other tangles, objects (I used a strip of lace as inspiration) and letters. We then talked about strings and chose our favourites to construct a tile. Really pleased with the results, although not all of us completed the shading. Thank you Catherine, Caroline, Debbie and Linda for making it an enjoyable session.
