Some people see lights. We see hard work, teamwork, and God’s faithfulness.

Every lantern reminds us that this garden wasn’t built in a day. It grew through love, sacrifice, and working together as a family.

The best part isn’t how it looks. It’s knowing we built it together, with God leading every step.

To God be all the glory.

From the beginning, we agreed this wouldn’t just be a garden makeover,it would be a family project. 💚

Every pair of hands matters. From cleaning, painting and digging, to planting trees and flowers, carrying heavy materials, and making memories together, every step has been worth it.

We’re teaching our children that beautiful things don’t just happen they’re built with patience, teamwork, and hard work.

One day they’ll look back at this garden and know they helped create it. 🌳🌸🏡

A day well spent on a Farm 🐑🚜❤️

Nothing beats making memories together as a family. Watching the kids laugh, explore, and enjoy the simple joys of farm life reminded us that the best moments in life aren’t the expensive ones
they’re the ones spent together.

So grateful to God for another beautiful family day. ❤️✨

Today I’m reminded that this garden is more than just a beautiful outdoor space it’s a testimony of God’s goodness and what can happen when a family works together. 🌿❤️

Every shovel of soil, every plant, every clean-up, every laugh, and every tired moment was a team effort. Mum, Dad, and even the little hands all played their part. This transformation wasn’t built by one person but by all of us working together with one goal.

There’s still plenty left to do, but today we’re choosing gratitude. We thank God for the strength, unity, and determination He’s given our family. We pray that He continues to guide us, bless the work of our hands, and keep us united as we finish what we’ve started.

This garden will always remind us that the best things in life are built with love, teamwork, and God’s grace. 🙏🏡✨

🏡❤️ Diary of a Working Mum

A garden is not just a space… it’s a place where memories are made.

Today we worked hand in hand as a family, filling the spaces between our tiles with white stones and giving our garden a fresh new look. 🤍

The best part wasn’t just seeing the transformation—it was having our children involved, watching them help, learn, and feel proud of something they helped create.

After all our hard work, we enjoyed homemade pizza together 🍕 because the best moments are often the simple ones.

Next project… putting up our gazebo (and that was a six-hour adventure! 😅).

Slowly but surely, we are creating a home filled with love, teamwork, and memories.

To all the working mums trying to make a beautiful home while juggling everything else—keep going. The little moments matter. ❤️

💬 Do your children enjoy helping with home projects?

🏡❤️ Diary of a Working Mum

Home isn’t built in a day… it’s built with love, teamwork, and a lot of paint! 🎨

This week, my husband ❤️ and I worked side by side to transform the top of our garden, giving the walls and tiles a fresh new look.

With busy jobs, family life, and everything in between, we’ve learned that you don’t have to do everything all at once. One project at a time, one weekend at a time, and together, those small efforts become something you’re proud of.

It’s not just about renovating a house it’s about creating a home where our children can make happy memories.

💬 What’s one DIY project you’ve completed as a couple or with your family? I’d love to hear about it!

🔥 Diary of a Working Mum

Every family starts somewhere.

For a while , our barbecues were made with a few stones and a simple grill rack. It wasn’t fancy, but it gave us everything we needed…good food, laughter, and time together.

Today, I’ve finally put together our very own barbecue, and it feels like more than just assembling something new. It’s a reminder that little by little, hard work pays off.

You don’t need everything all at once. Start with what you have, make the most of it, and celebrate every step forward.

I’m already looking forward to making more memories with my family around this barbecue. ❤️

💬 What’s one small upgrade in your home that made a big difference to your family?
