Ambrin Alaina was diagnosed with a rare from of brain cancer and is hoping to raise money for treatment in Germany

To my dear friends, family and whoever else may read this post.

As most of you are already aware of the battle my eldest daughter Ambrin has been fighting against an aggressive brain tumour over the last year. When this first happened my friends, friends of friends, family and some complete strangers all helped with a Go Fund Me Page to raise money to help me get my house suitable to enable Ambrin to live independently within our home and this fundraising helped us get a stair lift installed and an accessible bathroom. The response on this was amazing and I remain truly grateful for the support.

We are now 15 months along the journey and Ambrin has responded well to treatment of radiotherapy and a clinical trial of a new drug. Unfortunately last month we had the devastating news that there is a new second tumour that has grown quickly. We therefore have explored the options of suitable alternatives treatments and have found a suitable non evasive treatment using new medical technology that is only available privately in Germany. We are trying again to use the Go Fund Me platform to raise funds that would be used to cover the costs of getting Ambrin to Germany, insurance and her stay over in Germany whilst receiving the treatment (there is separate fundraising to cover the private treatment fee's).

I totally appreciate with the cost of living that not all people have spare money to give, all that I ask is for you to share this post with everyone you know and if you do feel you can donate any amount then it truly means everything to myself and my family to try and give Ambrin the chance of this new treatment.

Just a quick update that I will not be working on Mondays from now on .
I will be spending my Mondays having quality time with my daughter.
Please support my decision at this difficult time .
I will re-arrange my Monday clients into the rest of the week 😀❤️

I wouldn't normally post my personal life on here but I know a lot of clients ask about my daughter and they have also been on this journey with me so here goes.

A year ago today I found out devastating news that my Ambrin was admitted to hospital following scans and tests a tumor was revealed after many operations , radiotherapy recovery was needed .
This is not a sad post it's a reflection on the horrendous year we have had as a family.
A year on Ambrin is a strong independent fearless woman with a heart of gold always caring about everyone else but herself.

She has pushed her boundaries and milestones by learning to walk ,talk, dress and feed herself again.
Despite all the obstacles in her way she has conquered all of them Ambrin is getting stronger everyday .

Life can change in the blink of an eye we never know what others are going through be kind 🙏
