So today keep yourself steady.
Less checking.
Less joining in.
Less letting outside noise sit in your chest.
You can care about what’s happening without letting it take over you.

Feet on the ground.
Home calm.
Energy close.
That’ll do for today.

Mabon is on the 22nd September 2026 when day and night are in perfect balance, it marks the Autumn eqinox .
