​Behind every big dream is an even bigger inspiration. For me, that inspiration is my mum and the vibrant, beautiful culture of Grenada she raised me on.

​Look at this energy right here that's pure pride, the rich history, the Jab Jab spirit, and the warmth of the Caribbean. This is exactly what I want to bring to life.I am officially on a mission to open a Caribbean Community restaurant. It won't just be a place to get incredible food (though you better believe the Oil Down and nutmeg-infused dishes will be unmatched!); it’s going to be a space for connection, culture, and community.

A place that feels like home, honouring the woman who started it all for me.

​The journey is just beginning, and I can’t wait to take you all along with me. Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes updates, menu testing, and a whole lot of flavour.

​If you’ve ever grabbed a bite from us on the road, you know how much passion goes into our food. We've loved the mobile life, but we are ready to give you the full, sit-down dining experience you deserve.

​Taking the leap from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar restaurant is a huge step. Right now, our biggest hurdle is securing the space, and we are raising funds specifically to cover our first 6 months of rent so we can focus on building out the dream kitchen.
