The beauty of the woods

I will be offering some nature based therapy through the summer months, such as forest bathing at local woods, nature connection with sound, meditation, and breathwork at Great Notley country park, and meditation and movement sessions on the field in Great Notley. Our wellbeing depends on the wellbeing of our earth. Everyone needs to think more about the environment and sustainability. That includes thinking about the food we eat, products we buy and homes we live in. This guy has been using rubbish to build homes and this is what needs to happen everywhere.
