We're urgently on the lookout for preloved wigs that can be used by the wonderful women at Hope House who are currently undergoing cancer treatment.
Losing your hair can be one of the most difficult parts of the cancer journey, and a donated wig can help restore confidence, dignity and comfort during what is an incredibly challenging time.
If you have a clean, good-quality wig that is no longer needed, please consider donating it. Your kindness could make a real difference to someone’s life.
Donations can be dropped off at: Hope House, 18 Cambridge Avenue, Bottesford, Scunthorpe, DN16 3LG

We're excited to be welcoming Rubecula Aromary back to Hope House in a couple of weeks' time for the latest of their monthly workshops.
On Monday, June 29, we will be making spa-inspired candles as part of a 'peaceful moment' themed session.
If you are interested in joining us between 6.30pm and 8pm, the cost is £15 per person. Drop us a message to book your place.

We’re reaching a slower point for us at the Aromary- with warm weather, candle sales naturally drop a little 😅

But these slower times mean we can focus on other important parts of what we do. Our monthly workshops at Hope House - Scunthorpe are the highlight of our month and we can’t wait for our next spa themed ‘peaceful moment’ session! 🧖 🧘‍♀️

We’ve also loved creating these tealight keepsake cards for them - a little reminder that there is always hope and light to be found 🫶🏻

Hey 👋🏻

it’s been nearly six months since we started the year and I wanted to check in.

Unfortunately, this has been the toughest year yet for both the Studio and the Markets. Sales have been sluggish and market footfall has been low.

I understand this isn’t just our problem; it’s a broader issue reflecting the current climate.

I appreciate the hard work my stockists and traders put in to bring you such a wide range of products for local and international shopping.

This is just a friendly reminder to shop locally with us and support independent businesses whenever possible. If spending isn’t feasible, sharing and liking posts can help us spread the word.

I’d hate to see the Studio or Markets disappear from Hedon, but that reality might be closer than we’d like. However, you know how much I push boundaries to make things work, so I’ll do my best to keep providing you with the creative goodness I’ve created so far.
