See the new laboratory fit out for BioChek in Bracknell, turning a 45,000 sq. ft. office into a production facility.

This project involved a complete overhaul of the Observatory building to meet the specific requirements of a company manufacturing veterinary diagnostic kits.

Our team managed the entire process, from stripping the floors back to the original concrete to installing new drainage systems and HVAC services to support modern scientific operations.

The design focuses on balancing functionality with a productive workspace. By integrating efficient commercial lab design principles, we created a layout that features a welcoming reception area, open office zones, and necessary breakout spaces.

This laboratory fit-out also included a rear extension to improve flow between wings, ensuring the facility operates smoothly for the entire team.
