Meet Ted
I found ted for 20p, dumped in the bottom of a toybox in a charity shop. And something told me i needed to work on him.

After some research, I found out he is a clay bear approximately from the 1950s/1960s. I had found some being sold online.

As you can see, Ted had been loved, lost a lot of his colour, and lost an ear. So I attempted an ear repair and recolour. I chose a darker colour for his fur, and a blue bib this time. I took pictures of the main 3 stages.

Anyway I hope you love him 🩵

What can I say... Im a sucker for a soft teddy, especially older ones. 🥺

This little chap is from 1989, and he had a freyed scalf and hands and feet had loose threads. He was sat on a charity shop shelf for 50p... and i just couldnt leave him. I had to take him home to fix up a bit.

A few minutes fixing his threads back down, qnd fixing his scalf again and he looks so much better 🥹🩵

Im taking things slow again with my creative side but trying more different things.

One thing I love is pokemon. Im a huge fan of Charizard, mainly his Charizard X form. And I have been collecting pokemon cards for a large number of years.

I decided I needed a card binder for my favourite bean, however no matter how much I searched, I couldnt find one with just Charizard X. So... I painted my own.

So here's the binder cover I painted and the first page of cards I have. I wont bore you with the others 😂

I have a massive teal coloured binder for all my other rare pokemon cards... ideas for that binder are welcome!

Been trying to find my creative flow again. Im still struggling to motivate myself. So this is something I completed back in February.

My nans orniament took a tumble, and unfortunstly her puppy lost her nose.

I used air drying clay to resculpt her nose and fill out the chips(picture 2) and then tried my best at colour matching, and using some gloss on her nose tip to make it shine, i also brightened her eyes and bow. (picture 3)

I really enjoyed fixing her and was happy with the results. I enjoy fixing things if I can.

🥹 Im actually in love with this one and will struggle to see it go!
I did a dragon/phoenix vibe with this chap. Its so hard to get good photos... 🥺 (If anyone can suggest anything please do!)
It reacts to UV light too its so pretty 🩵

You win some and you lose some I guess 🥺😭

(For info, some resin had set between the neck and head... and i used the wrong method to try and get rid of it and cracked it)

*sigh* every days a new learning curve.
She had more air bubbles than I would have liked, but took a very long time to do because of all the tiny bits there was to fill out 😫
