🍂✨ HELLO SEPTEMBER… COSY SEASON IS HERE! ✨🍂

The 1st of September has arrived and that means one thing… we’re officially moving into cosy season! 🧡🏡

It’s time to dig out those wax melters, get the blankets ready (Mia has some gorgeous throws at 84 High Street Broseley) and fill your home with gorgeous autumnal fragrance. Or, if your melter has seen better days, why not treat yourself to a new one? 🥰

At Em’s Crafty Creations I have a beautiful selection of tea light wax burners and electric wax melters available. Short on space? My plug-in wax melters are perfect for smaller rooms, hallways and cosy corners, adding both fragrance and a lovely little glow. ✨

And of course, there are lots of gorgeous eco wax melts ready to make your home smell amazing throughout the season. 🍁

Prefer something you can simply leave to fragrance your room? I also have lots of reed diffuser oils in stock, with plenty of gorgeous scents to choose from. Mia has a beautiful selection of diffuser bottles to match every colour scheme.

🕷️ And yes… September also means spider season! Citrus scents are often suggested as a natural way to discourage spiders, so why not choose one of my beautiful citrus-scented diffuser oils while making your home smell fresh and gorgeous at the same time? 🍊🍋

WEM CARNIVAL - PARADES
PARADES - Two parades, starting at 13:30 and the night time lit parade at 19:45. There will be floats, bands, dance troupes, the carnival royalty float, walking groups, fancy dress and a few surprises no doubt!
PARADE ROUTE - Starts on Pyms Road, then on to Summerfield Road, Station Road, Aston Street, High Street, Lowe Hill Road and back to Pyms Road
WHERE TO WATCH - You can see the parades anywhere along the route above; if you prefer a lively atmosphere, head to the high street
ROAD CLOSURES - The parade route, and roads leading on to it will all be closed for safety. Roads will be closed up to 30 minutes before the parade starting, and will re-open in stages around the town when the parade has passed and it is safe to do so. Please respect the closures and instructions of our marshals, to ensure we can keep the event safe for everyone
After the afternoon parade, you can find many of the participants at the Gala Field (SY4 5AP, near the swimming pool) performing on the field, taking part in dance competitions, or in the fancy dress judging

Well… the weather had other ideas! 😂☀️

After yesterday’s awful weather and losing a little bit of stock to the rain, I made the decision to cancel today’s event based on the forecast of more rain and thunderstorms…

And what happened? Not a drop of rain or rumble of thunder! 🤦‍♀️😂 Typical British weather!

But every cloud has a silver lining because I’ve had a MEGA productive day in the making cabin. 🥰

✨ Cabin tidied and organised
✨ Over 70 Reed Diffuser Oils handmade today!
✨ Lots of gorgeous fragrances replenished because you lovely lot have been absolutely flying through them!

They’re all now standing and settling, then it’ll be time to get them labelled and ready for my lovely customers. ❤️

It might not have been the Sunday I planned, but I’m definitely finishing it feeling very accomplished!

Thank you so much for continuing to support my little handmade business — it really does mean the world. 🥰
