Up at gutter level was a slightly different story!
Moss, leaves and debris can build up for years without being particularly obvious from below — until the heavy rain arrives and the water suddenly has nowhere to go.
That's why autumn is such a good time to get them checked and cleared before falling leaves add even more to what's already up there.

It's one of those jobs that's very easy to forget about — mainly because you can't actually see what's going on up there!
Over time, moss, leaves and debris can build up until rainwater can no longer flow freely. Often the first sign you notice is water overflowing during heavy rain.
With autumn approaching and plenty more leaves and wet weather to come, now is a good time to get on top of it. Regular clearing is also recommended as part of routine property maintenance.
We use a high-powered gutter vacuum and camera system, allowing us to see what's up there and clear most properties safely from ground level.
