McDonald's Big Mac inspired Loaded Tatertots 🍔🍟

These aren't meant to look pretty, they're dirty comfort food.
Consisting of cheesy tatertots on a bed of shredded lettuce topped with seasoned crumbled beef mince, crispy onions, burger sauce aka Big Mac sauce, diced pickles and finally garnished with sesame seeds

Indian Butter Chicken Pizza 🇮🇳🍛🍗🍕

Last night I made the viral internet trend of combining Indian curry and Italian pizza and it came out perfectly.
I used a large naan bread as the base and lightly brushed it in melted peppery butter before spreading butter chicken curry sauce all over.
I then topped it with a 60/40 mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sliced red onion & peppers and tandoori chicken.
Once cooked I finished it off by garnishing it with chopped coriander and a small side jug or mango chutney.

Note: If you like a hotter style pizza just change out the curry sauce for a Madras or Vindaloo for example. Whatever suits you!
