Damage in transit is a known risk in this trade, so we've changed our packing process to give every roller blind more protection.

Every roller blind is now wrapped in a protective foam sheet before it’s boxed. It’s a simple change, but one that adds extra protection where it matters: on the journey from us to you.

Because when a blind arrives marked or dented, it’s not just the blind that needs sorting. It can mean a remake, a delayed fitting appointment and a call to your customer to rearrange.

The foam sheet provides an additional barrier around the blind before it goes into the box, helping it reach you in the same condition it left us.

Nothing changes at your end. You’ll get the same lead times, carriage, and handling on delivery. Just more protection inside the box. One more practical improvement to help keep your fitting schedule on track.
