One thing I’ve noticed over the years in the industry—from selling fires 🔥 to now sweeping them—is that many customers aren’t sure how to use their air controls, or what primary and secondary actually do 🤔 (even I’ve had to refer back to a couple of manuals over the years, when speaking to customers 📖)

Chimney Skills Training has created a simple guide that explains it clearly 👍 Not all stoves are the same, but it’s a great general reference 📖

Perfect to share with customers so they can enjoy their fire now 🔥 and feel confident using it when winter comes around ❄️😉
