Just a small delivery today… 😂

Another restock of Apple Blossom Creatives Cotswolds slate coasters heading out.

This particular order was for 60 coasters and 10 keyrings, with the next delivery date for later this month already agreed. 🌿

Seeing them stacked up like this is always a nice reminder that what starts as a blank piece of slate ends up on shelves, in shops, and hopefully heading home with someone as a little piece of the Cotswolds.

This batch includes more of the Bourton-on-the-Water and wider Cotswolds designs.

And yes… I may have slightly underestimated how many coasters “a small delivery” actually looks like once they’re all stacked together. 😅

For independent shops, gift shops and visitor-focused retailers looking for locally made stock, Apple Blossom Creatives offers wholesale across selected ranges, including Cotswolds designs, coasters, bottle openers and keyrings.

Mixed orders are available, and I’m always happy to discuss a range that would suit a particular shop or location.

Which design would you pick?

🌸 IT’S BEEN A LITTLE QUIET ON HERE… 🌸

I’ve realised it’s been a while since I properly posted anything from Apple Blossom Creatives.

Not because nothing has been happening — pretty much the opposite. 😂

Between making orders, restocking, working on new pieces, markets, the website, and taking a little time out for my sister’s wedding, social media has taken a bit of a back seat.

But I’m still here, still making, and there’s plenty happening behind the scenes. 👀

Over the next few weeks I’ll be showing you more of what I’ve been working on, some new additions, a few works in progress, and probably the occasional project where I’ve once again failed to understand the phrase “keep it simple.” 😂

So if you’ve wondered where I disappeared to…

I’ve mostly been in the workshop — with a brief detour for a wedding. 😂🌸

The centrepiece I made was so good it even got me a wedding invite.

Not because it was my sister’s wedding and I was part of the groomsmen, obviously… that’s completely irrelevant.

Definitely the woodwork skills. 🤣

🌸 I need your help!

I'm making a few changes to the Apple Blossom Creatives stall, and I'd love your opinion.
I've been experimenting with two different display arrangements, but which one do you prefer, and why?

Have a watch and let me know in the comments. 👇

A quick heads-up for my Tewkesbury regulars: I won't be there next Saturday, and someone will be looking after the stall the following week. I'll be back in person in three weeks.

Thank you for helping me make Apple Blossom Creatives even better!

🎥 Apple Blossom Creatives on YouTube!

A little bit of a surreal moment seeing myself and my work featured in the first six minutes of this video from Tewkesbury.

It’s lovely to be able to show a bit more of the person behind Apple Blossom Creatives, the work that goes into what I make, and some of the pieces you’ll find on my stall.

If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes, have a watch 👇

Thank you to everyone who stops, chats, buys something, follows the page or simply takes an interest in what I’m creating. Every bit of support helps a small maker like me keep doing what I love.

🌸🎉 APPLE BLOSSOM CREATIVES IS OFFICIALLY ONLINE! 🎉🌸

After months of designing, photographing, uploading, changing things, changing them back again… and discovering just how much work actually goes into building a website 😂…

The Apple Blossom Creatives website is LIVE.

This feels like a pretty big milestone.

What started with me simply enjoying making things has grown into markets, stockists, bespoke work, new product ranges and some projects that have got slightly more elaborate than originally intended. ♟️😂

And now Apple Blossom Creatives finally has a proper home online. ❤️

You can already browse a growing range of:

🎁 Handmade gifts
🏡 Homeware
🌿 Cotswolds designs
🪨 Engraved slate coasters
🪵 Chopping boards and trays
🍺 Bottle openers and bottle holders
♟️ Games and statement pieces
✨ Bespoke and personalised creations

But this is only the beginning.

I still have plenty more to add — including lamps, keyrings, magnets and lots of new designs — so new products will continue appearing over the coming days and weeks.

I decided I could either keep tinkering forever waiting for everything to be “perfect”…

…or open the doors and let you come along for the next part of the journey. 🌸

So I’d love you to have a look around.

👇 And when you do, come back and tell me: what catches your eye first?

If you spot something you love, know somebody who would appreciate handmade or unusual gifts, or simply want to support a small Gloucestershire business…

❤️ Please give Apple Blossom Creatives a follow and share this post.

Every visit, comment, follow and share genuinely helps more people discover what I’m building.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Apple Blossom Creatives so far.

Right then… the doors are open. 😬😂

😅 REAL SMALL-BUSINESS MOMENT…

Sometimes you put so much energy into moving one part of the business forward that something else quietly gets forgotten.

Lately I’ve been completely focused on getting the Apple Blossom Creatives website finished, photographing products, sorting stock and getting everything ready to launch properly.

And today I realised I’d taken my foot off the pedal elsewhere…

Half the price signs were missing.
The magnets had somehow been forgotten completely.
And the stall definitely wasn’t as organised as I thought it was. 😂

Not exactly the polished small-business image you’re supposed to show online…

But I think it’s important to show this side too.

Running a small business means juggling a lot of things at once, and sometimes you simply don’t get every single one of them right.

So today was a bit of a reset.

A reminder to slow down, look at the whole picture and sort the things I’d let slide.

Because progress doesn’t always look perfect. 🌸

If you run a small business too, tell me I’m not the only one who occasionally forgets something painfully obvious. 😂

🌿 Fresh stock has landed at Made in the Cotswolds 🌿

I dropped off a fresh restock today for , including a top-up of keyrings and bottle openers, plus two new coaster ranges now joining the collection. ❤️

If you’re a fan of Cotswold-inspired designs, you’ll now find a growing selection of engraved slate coasters featuring beautiful local scenes and countryside charm — including Bourton-on-the-Water and The Cotswolds range.

It’s always a good feeling seeing more of Apple Blossom Creatives out in the wild, and I’m really grateful to have my work stocked in such a lovely shop.

So if you’re visiting Bourton-on-the-Water, pop into Made in the Cotswolds and have a browse. 🌸

👀🌸 IT’S STARTING TO LOOK REAL…

The new Apple Blossom Creatives website is officially taking shape.

There’s still a bit to do before I’m ready to open it properly, but seeing the new branding, products and everything else finally coming together is a very good feeling.

And yes… the Cathedral Chess Set has already claimed pride of place. ♟️😂

The website will bring together the full Apple Blossom Creatives range in one place — handmade gifts, homeware, games, bespoke creations and plenty more as the range grows.

For now, this is just a little sneak peek.

👇 What would you be most likely to look for first?

🏡 Homeware

✨ Bespoke creations

Make sure you’re following Apple Blossom Creatives so you don’t miss the launch.

And if you know someone who loves handmade and unusual creations, feel free to share this with them too. ❤️
