The second workshop has officially wrapped up, and it was fun, challenging, colorful... and deeply enriching.

Between paints, brushes, beautiful creative chaos, and coffee breaks, we shared so much more than techniques. We shared stories, perspectives, meaningful conversations, and moments that inspired us in unexpected ways.

Art has a beautiful way of bringing people together—not just to create, but to connect.

Everything takes time.

It took time to decide to fully commit to something I truly love.

It took time to learn everything I needed to transform what my hands create and my imagination dreams into surface patterns.

It took time to finally call myself an artist at 36... even though, deep down, I always was.

It took time to believe in myself.
To stop being afraid.
To slowly share pieces of my work with the world, one small step at a time.

It took time to find the courage to reach for the doorknob and open the door to the world I had always dreamed of being part of.

A world that, for so long, felt just out of reach.

Time is precious.
It asks for patience, tiny steps, and the willingness to keep going.

There were countless setbacks too.
Those parts usually stay outside Instagram... at least for now.

But one day, I'll tell that story too.

I'll tell you what the dream really is.
And I'll tell you what I can already see now that I've finally opened the door.

Whole lives could be moodboards.

Small moments, old photographs, objects and souvenirs we once hid in our pockets. If you place them all together, they lead you back to your uniqueness - to your colors. They might even reveal patterns that uncover the meaning of your life.
And I think its worth laying them out one by one and asking:

What do they say?
What do they carry? What do they breath out?

Here is the moodboard for my first collection, dedicated to my grandfather and his life as a fisherman.
To the sea he was deeply connected to.

It wasn't just a way to survive...
It was his freedom,
his companion,
his whole world,
his heaven on earth.
He was truly devoted- willingly surrendered, tangled in the deep. 🌊
