This dining room extension was transformed with this gorgeous Rustic Balmoral flooring, fitted over a carefully prepared subfloor that we first levelled with latex.

The flooring was installed using Wakol adhesive, with one of the finer details of the project being two thresholds we hand-made to create a seamless transition between the new flooring and the two existing floors.

It’s those little details that make all the difference, creating a finish that feels like it was always meant to be there.

From heavily damaged to beautifully restored.

This project was a sand and refinish of an existing oak plank floor that had seen better days, with some fairly significant damage across the surface.

We sanded the floor right back, removing the damaged areas and bringing the natural beauty of the oak back through.

Once prepared, we applied LOBA Prime followed by two coats of LOBA EasyFinish lacquer to give the floor a durable, beautiful finish.

Another gorgeous flooring transformation 🪵✨

This project featured an engineered bamboo flooring product, floated over a carefully prepared floor that we’d first levelled with latex.

The result? A beautiful, clean finish that completely transforms the space.

It’s all in the preparation, getting the foundations right before the flooring goes down makes all the difference.
