Monstera Floral design is a bespoke Surrey based florist established in May 2018. The company is founded by Lizzie.

“I was given a great opportunity to open my first shop at my childhood work home Priory Farm Nursery, Monstera is based inside the rustic garden centre. I have such a great support of people here at Priory; it was like coming home again! I started working at Priory when I was 15 during my student years. I learnt so much about working life, plants, flowers, people skills, customer service and I met some friends for life here.

I have such a passion for floristry and visual design - I love working; I think deep down I’m abit of a workaholic. Being able to do what I love 24/7, 365 days a week makes me more passionate than ever. I don’t like saying no to things and am willing to take on everything that is thrown at me. I never felt fully satisfied as just an employee, there was always so much more I wanted achieve.
