Dubai, let’s talk fragrance.

Over the past 10 years, Xavier Home has become known for our candles and bespoke fragrance products, but there’s another side to what we do.

We create fragrance experiences for spaces.

From signature scenting and commercial scent systems to bespoke fragrance products, we work with businesses to make fragrance part of how a space is experienced and remembered.

As we continue building our network in Dubai, I’d love to meet more of the people behind the city’s hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, developments and luxury brands.

If Wimbledon were a fragrance, this is where I’d start.

Cut grass, still warm from the afternoon sun. The sweetness of strawberries and raspberries against something earthier underneath. Vetiver and moss, the damp greenness that only comes after English rain. And somewhere at the heart of it, rose. True English garden rose that is rich but delicate.

I’d introduce it through the Debenture Lounges on arrival, carried through the VIP hospitality suites and into the Royal Box. The bathrooms a lighter, fresher interpretation of the same story. Every space telling the same scent story, just in a different chapter.

This is the brief I’d write for Wimbledon. A scent that captures the ritual, the season and the very specific feeling of a British summer at its best.

People remember the food, the service and the interiors. Rarely do they talk about the fragrance, yet it’s often the first thing they experience and one of the last things they remember.

The best scents don’t dominate a space. They belong to it.

After a few months in Dubai working on fragrance projects across hospitality, healthcare and lifestyle brands, I’m back in the UK for a bit and looking forward to helping more businesses create memorable experiences through scent.
