Looking for summer holiday activities in Colchester that are creative, calm and screen-free? My kids crochet workshops are back this summer for ages 7–16.

These relaxed, small-group crochet classes are perfect for beginners and creative children who want to learn a new skill, make cute crochet projects and build confidence in a supportive environment.

You’re welcome to drop and go, or stay and use a separate space to catch up on work, enjoy a quiet moment or relax with a cold drink while your child creates.

Led by me, Fay, a qualified primary teacher with 12 years experience and over 13 years of crochet experience. Sessions are designed to encourage creativity, patience and confidence while having lots of fun along the way.

Spaces are limited to just 6 children per session to keep workshops friendly and supportive.

🎉 IT’S MY BIRTHDAY! 🎉

To celebrate, I wanted to host a very special giveaway... but it’s not just me who’s donated a prize!

I’ve managed to persuade 5 other wonderful small businesses to join me, meaning there are 6 amazing prizes up for grabs.

These businesses are all run by incredibly talented women who are brilliant at what they do. I’ve been lucky enough to work with each of them in the past, and I’m so excited that we’ve come together to share a little love with you all. ❤️

Madi created this alongside two other mini plushies in one of my kids crochet workshops in Colchester, and I love seeing how quickly confidence grows when children are given space to be creative & feel relaxed and supported.
