We really enjoyed this project 👌

Although the roof was only renewed 10 years ago, by other contractors, ongoing issues led the customer to come to us for a full replacement.

Reusing the existing tiles, he upgrade included new valley tiles, lead valleys where the pitch changes, improved ventilation with over-fascia vents, ridges and hips bedded onto mortar and mechanically fixed (with the loft room ridge we installed a dry ridge system to maximise ventilation).
We also upgraded the insulation and installed 4 new Velux windows — a huge improvement all round.
