It’s been a long time since I’ve updated my picture and decided that the squares were looking far to cold! For those who are new here…. My name is Rachel, I live in wonderful Northern Ireland with my husband, three daughters and my bees! I’ve been beekeeping for four years and make candles with the wax, and workshops to show the brilliance of bees and their produce.

One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is hosting workshops! I love hosting you in my home and showing you the wonder of bees and allow you time to see and feel the products of the hive. The perfect gift of a relaxing morning for loved ones, plenty of time to chat while rolling your own candles and making a honey bath soak or scrub.
You can buy online and I will send you a printable voucher so no need to worry about postal strikes or delays.
Vouchers for our 2.5 hour workshop are £25 per person or £40 for Afternoon tea as well.

Once you start to read what is in most candles you begin to rethink what you're burning. Many candles are made from paraffin or synthetic fragrances. Ever get a headache around a candle? Lots of asthma sufferers report beeswax candles to not cause the same agitation as alternative candles. Beeswax has long been the premium wax and burns cleanly. Sometimes at the end of the day you just want to collapse and watch something or scroll. But are you actually winding down and resting? Don't get me wrong, we still love a bot of wamdavision over here but we're trying to be more conscious of truly resting.
