I have been so busy with orders and so useless with social media recently ! but here’s a lovely golden doodle called Curly.

Curly also has her collar carved with her which I think looks ace. She was definitely quite time consuming with all her curls but I think she turned out lovely. I hope you all like her

I will be posting more of the lovely dogs I have been busy with for the past few months soon so keep an eye out 👀

🪶Pheasant stick 🪶

I’ve had a lot of lovely pet requests recently but it’s nice to do a bird once in a while!

I love adding the feather details to the birds but my favourite part is painting them and watching them come to life, especially bright coloured birds like this pheasant.

Lovely Lab Skye ❤️

I loved this photo of Skye so I thought I’d add his little tongue to the carving. Such a Bonnie black lab !!

Skye was carved from Lime wood and mounted onto a Hazel shank. This stick is also fitted with an Alpine spike.

My first Cocker spaniel stick and I absolutely love it ! Not quite finished yet I still need to apply the varnish. But I am very happy with it so far !

This cocker is carved from lime and mounted onto a hazel stick, I hope you all like it !

Carving a springer stick 🎾

Really enjoyed finishing this stick ! It is my second springer with a tennis ball. It’s definitely more complex to carve, but using Saburrtooth burrs I was able to carve the more intricate details, especially the gap in the dog’s mouth. They are so incredibly useful for shaping and smoothing. Really pleased with how this one turned out – a lovely stick for any spaniel lover. 🐾🪵

All my recent whittles 🐧🪿🐮

I am very busy with sticks at the moment! But I still try and make time to whittle! I love making these little ornaments. Watching them come to life with every cut.

This happy bunch were all hand carved from lime. I hope you all like them as much as I do !

So happy with how Rocky has come out! He’s such a Bonnie dog ! Definitely a difficult paint job but I’m really happy with the results!

I also tried to capture Rocky’s one flopped ear which I think is such a cute detail ! I love the little details that make every stick unique.

Thank you very much to everyone who’s supported my small business in this last year ! It’s been a pleasure creating everyone’s lovely requests.

Here’s my first stick of 2026. A lovely spaniel holding a tennis ball. Had so much fun carving this one. Definitely a challenging carve but I’m so happy with how it’s turned out.
