Hello,

A few clarifications and changes to how I’m going to be working going forward…

Firstly, after 7 months off I’ve taken on a small part-time job working 2 days a week, which I’ll be working alongside my business. This won’t change the quality or care I put into your orders at all- it just means I need to be a little more structured with dates and availability.

✨ Order confirmations
No order is confirmed until payment has been made.
– For cake toppers, this means payment in full.
– For other items, a partial payment is required (I’ll always advise this at the time of ordering).

✨ Rush orders
I’ll always try my absolute best to help where I can (you know I can’t say no easily 😅), but any toppers needed within 48 hours will now have a £3 rush fee added. This just helps cover the extra juggling and late-night crafting when needed.

✨ Please order in advance
If you can, please please please get your orders in as early as possible. It makes such a difference and guarantees I can give your order the time and love it deserves.

Finally, thank you so much for all the patience and understanding while I’ve been a bit challenged trying to balance changes in my life and also how many orders I can take on at once. Thanks to the help of a spreadsheet I’m back on track! I’m so grateful for every single order, message, share and recommendation. You honestly keep this little business going 🤍

Yesterday was my BUSIEST day ever! 🥹✨

23 sets of cake toppers completed in one day 🙌🏼 8 custom designs, 15 pre-set designs, and every single one cut and packed.

I’ve also started a little postcode game 🎯📍 Over the last 7 days I’ve been highlighting where orders have travelled to (and I’ve even had two sent out all the way to Chicago, USA! 🇺🇸). It’s a great visual and hopefully one day I’ll have the map totally filled.

Onto another busy day today… laptop and iPad open, Cricut on, cardstock everywhere and lots more toppers to create 💻✂️✨

Firstly, a huge thank you to all of my customers kindness and patience since December- it’s much appreciated 💕

I’m now ready to go again and have been very busy behind the scenes, with lots of creating and planning going on and I really am busier than ever! I’ll be sharing updates in the coming weeks, as well as some changes.

Looking forward to catching up on my massive backlog of cake topper photos to share with you all!

Due to a close family bereavement, I’ll be taking a little time to step back to be with my family at this time.
