Had a chilled day at the Eastbourne Beer and Cider by the Sea event on Saturday. Chatting to some locals and the Brewers and giving away some of the new 2026 Sussex Breweries maps. A little jaded on Sunday but some new friends made and some amazing beers sampled 🍻🍻

Station 3 (Version 2) in the mashup of mirrors and maps of my favourite Sussex brews and places is (again) the sadly long departed (August 2000) King & Barnes Brewery.

I enjoyed recreating the logo so much on the first one i wanted to reuse it on for a more signage based look. You would have seen these signs outside the K&B pubs back in the day....

This is reverse glass painted on an upcycled vintage bamboo framed mirror. Approx 40cm x 50cm outer frame.

Maps depicting all the East and West Sussex Breweries from the 80's to present day in a geographically accurate(ish) underground tube map are now available alongside the original Horsham and District Pub map - from the Beer Mine in the Carfax. Happy days!

Stations #1 & #2 in the mashup of mirrors and maps of my favourite Sussex brews and places are the fantastic Brolly Brewing and Horsham Brewery Company Limited. Virtually neighbours and both places work so well (just don't get me to choose between a pint of Uncle Dave and a pint of Carfax!) and we're very lucky to have such amazing venues in our town.

Maps depicting all the East and West Sussex Breweries from the 80's to present day in a geographically accurate(ish) underground tube map now available alongside the original Horsham and District Pub map - from the The Beer Mine in the Carfax.

Both reverse glass painted on upcycled 25cm diameter mirror.
