I personally know how much crafting can help with health and well being, I have been diagnosed with a rather rare brain condition Chiari Malformation Type1, crafting helps with my anxiety and even more pain.....and being stuck in the house unable to go out. so let me know what you guys think of the shop, if you would like something made then message me and I will do my best to help. Hope you have a great day.
